Dukkan lets neighbourhood grocery shops in the UAE take orders on WhatsApp. Customers scan a QR sticker by the till, browse the shop's catalog and order inside the chat, and the shop delivers and gets paid directly. I designed and built all of it: the WhatsApp bot, the customer catalog, the shop dashboard and the landing page, where a scripted phone plays through a whole order.
